Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for capturing a variety of media content for properties in Santa Rosa Beach and the surrounding areas. While your primary title is Videographer, your work will include capturing high-quality photos, videos, 3D tours, floor plans, and more.

Most days will involve shooting properties, but during slower periods or on bad weather days, you'll focus on editing custom projects, learning new shooting techniques, and contributing to initiatives that support company growth. This is a physically demanding role that requires flexibility and dedication. Some days, you'll be shooting a $25M gulf-front property under perfect skies, while others may involve navigating challenging condo complexes in the heat to capture a $400K unit in an outdated high-rise. Regardless of the conditions, we expect consistent effort and commitment to helping us achieve our company’s mission while upholding our core values.

The hourly pay for this position ranges from $65/hr to $125/hr, depending on experience and which service you are providing.

5 Main Job Responsibilities

  • Become a master at real estate photo and video and always find ways to improve your skills
  • Shoot roughly 3-4 properties per day and upload all files in time. Be flexible to adapt to the ever-changing shoot schedule and weather
  • Customer interactions - Be overly nice and professional interacting with people at shoots
  • Take care of gear and always have it prepped for shoots
  • Available in the office when not shooting properties

Compensation

  • Hourly Rates (hours at a shoot)
    • $65/hr once you are photo certified
    • $75/hr once you are video certified
    • $25/hr for team meetings
    • $125/hr for twilight shoots
  • $0.70/mi. mileage reimbursement for work travel in personal vehicle

Hours of Work

  • At least 20 available hours a week are required, but the more the better
  • You can control your schedule by blocking out times you are not available and specifiying which days you want to work

  • Experience flying DJI drones
  • Reliable transportation to travel to properties
  • Strong attention to detail
